mr. Leonie Muetstege
Leonie Muetstege studied Dutch Law in Amsterdam. During this study, she devoted herself to general administrative law and environmental law.
Leonie started as real estate lawyer in 2010 at a large firm in Utrecht. She further specialised herself in real estate practice at an Amsterdam/Rotterdam-based, internationally operating firm with a constant focus on environmental law. Leonie guides developers and municipalities during planning procedures and she litigates on all facets of administrative law. She has extensive experience regarding cases regarding monuments, subsidy and the environment. She also litigates and advises on the interface of private and public and for/on the drafting of contracts. Leonie’s practice also regards the public law guidance of (international) clients in real estate transactions.
