mr. Onno Tacoma MRE MRICS

Onno Tacoma MRE MRICS was active for 20 years outside of advocacy as a valuer, investment broker commercial real estate and manager/lawyer for the project development company of the Dutch Railways. His extensive experience makes Onno a specialist in the field of sales and rental law of commercial real estate. In this field, he advises investors, project developers, family offices, corporations, governments and asset managers in contract drafting, transactions and disputes.

Thanks to his extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate, Onno is listed in the National Register of Legal Experts (LRGD) as expert in the field of Real estate, especially the liability of valuers and brokers. In addition, Onno is regularly asked to act as an independent chairman at three-party valuations and valuation committees.

Onno studied Law in Utrecht and Tilburg. He received an MRE degree at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, followed by his specialisation programme in Real Estate at the Grotius Institute.

Onno has registered the following legal areas in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar:

• Disciplinary law/liability valuers and brokers
• Real Estate law

According to the standards of the Netherlands Bar the registration obliges him to obtain ten training credits per year in each of the registered legal areas.
